There’s tons of topics on everything from Adobe Illustrator to cooking classes...they have actually everything and you can get 2 weeks for free. ⁣ 3. Take it back to middle school and play CoolMathGames or Oregon trail ⁣ 4. Order a tie-dye kit! Tie dye some shit ⁣ 5. Practice some grounding exercises. Name 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, and 1 that you can taste! V great for anxiety. Have an awesome day everyone🥳

It’s truly such a weird time right now, and if you don’t know what to say....it’s okay! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ For some people, laughter helps. For others, they’d rather shut out to it and snuggle into a good book or a creative hobby...that’s okay too! We all have different mechanisms of coping, but the most important thing is that you are doing what’s best for YOU! Don’t let others make you feel bad about wanting to protect your mental space. hi I’m Lauren Russell, and welcome to my quarantine👋🏽 Social distancing to me is looking a lot like this. Posting travel content every day for destinations none of us can get to just doesn’t feel exactly right for me. So for right now here’s real life: taking care of my plants, doing a CBD face mask (courtesy of @radiant_labs), learning new shit, and home workouts since I have decided to have dessert with every meal and as every snack. 10/10 great book that I cannot recommend enough especially right now!!! ⁣ ⁣ I know right now you are like “no wtf we do need to give a f*ck right now,” and while that is true at the same time you can also give this situation too many f*cks which will send you into anxiety loop from hell. With everything going on we constantly have people in our phones or on our social media begging us to care and know about everything and it’s exhausting. This book truly has changed my outlook on life. There are true victims in this world, but this book teaches you that most of the time when you think you are the helpless victim...you actually aren’t. The less you care about what everyone else is doing, saying, eating, wearing, and focus on what YOU want to be doing, the better you will feel! 𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐏 𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐎𝗪

Something that is so life changing to realize is that you don’t have to stay in unhappy situations like...ever! How crazy is that! If you don’t like your job...find a new job! If you don’t like the person you’re dating....leave your relationship! Don’t like your community? Move to a new one. I think a lot of times we stay in unhappy situations because we convince ourselves “that’s just the way it is, we can’t have it all.” BUT YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL. You can be truly wildly happy every single day, but YOU are the only one who can make that choice for yourself. #expressu #expresspartner
